Alex is a directionless kid who works behind the meat counter of a local grocery store, when an unexpected promotion falls into his lap, he must decide if he wants to follow his dreams or take on the stable career as a butcher.

Never Decaf Improv is a local improv troupe that performs regularly at Stomping Ground Coffee House and Wine Bar in Greer, SC. Founded by Phillip Whiting in early 2018 with Corey Dewar, the additions of Emily Kelly,Teddi Fishman, AJ Laurie, and Sean W. Bailey made this comedy family complete. Along with monthly guest players, we create family-friendly comedy shows. We build our shows around short-form improv games.

Formed in 2017, Sandbox pulls from their improv and theater backgrounds to hit multiple notes on the emotional scale and find humor where you least expect it. Comprised of Josh Christian, Hunter Gardner, Meredith Kidd, and Laurens Wilson, Sandbox regularly performed at Charleston’s Theatre 99 as well as UCB’s Del Close Marathon in 2017. This is a reunion show!

Sweater Puppies are an all-star, all-female team from Atlanta, Georgia. Karen Cassady, Megan Leahy, Whittney Millsap and Amber Nash have worked together for years and finally combined their talents to create new experiences with old clothes. The Sweater Puppies ask audiences to bring in pieces of clothing that are no longer needed, which are used as inspiration for short and long-form shows. After the show, all of the clothing is donated to a deserving charity. A fun show plus a good deed gives everyone a case of the warm and fuzzies!

The show will feature a mix of local stand ups as well as comics who travel all over the country. The show is hosted by Vince Fabra, a Charleston based comedian and finalist in the 2016 Charleston Stand-Up Competition.

With training from iO, Annoyance, and Second City, the Gentleman’s Falcon formed in the windy city and were regular performers in the Chicago improv scene until it came time for some of them to leave the Mid-nest…Now, scattered across the country in Portland, Pittsburgh, Charleston, and Chicago (and with two of them now being Father Falcons)… They seize any opportunity they can to flock to the same city and take flight. Gentleman’s Falcon specializes in attacking the scene with high energy, physicality, and a penchant for whimsy. Gentleman’s Falcon is: James Dugan, Drew Eiden, Mike Kauffman, and Henry Riggs. CAW!
